Jen Guyton. What Makes Us Human.
A wild chimpanzee photographed in the dense greenery of Kibale National Park in Uganda. The chimpanzees there, each with their unique personalities, are a living reminder of Jane Goodall's pioneering work. These chimps are our closest relatives in the animal kingdom, and the line between us seems blurred—every gesture, every thoughtful gaze that crosses their faces is a reminder of our shared roots.
Photographer and ecologist Jen Guyton has spent the past decade immersed in storytelling and conservation work in Africa. Passionate about wildlife, she has studied and photographed baboons in Tanzania, meerkats in South Africa, hippos in Kenya, termites in Namibia, and bats and antelope in Mozambique.
