It was the height of summer, and we were sailing through the calm, open waters of the Mediterranean Sea, hoping to catch some pelagic life.

Suddenly, we noticed a curious sight in the distance; a lone seagull, seemingly standing atop the sea. Intrigued, we approached slowly, careful not to disturb the scene. As we drew closer, we realized that the bird wasn’t simply floating; it was perched calmly on the back of a sea turtle, both creatures sharing a moment of peaceful rest. 

It was a rare and beautiful sight, a quiet reminder of the unexpected connections that can happen in nature.
