Join Us for a Conversation with Hindou Oumarou Ibrahim - December 10 at 11 am EST
We are thrilled to invite you to the next session of the Vital Impacts Online Lecture Series, featuring Hindou Oumarou Ibrahim.
Vital Impacts has named one of our environmental storytelling grants after Hindou because of the incredible work she is doing. She is an internationally respected leader in climate adaptation and mitigation, drawing on the knowledge, traditions, and lived experience of her Mbororo pastoralist community in Chad. As President of the Association for Indigenous Women and Peoples of Chad (AFPAT), she has spent her life advocating for the inclusion of Indigenous voices in global climate solutions.
Register for the talk at vitalimpacts.org. Do not miss this special conversation!
We are honored to have Hindou share her knowledge in our next Vital Impacts Online Speaker Series on December 10.
