Michael Forsberg. Racing Winter.
Sandhills cranes on fall migration race winter across the Alaska Range. Our wild-winged world and the thousands of species that migrate are ever in remarkable motion. From the tiniest of warblers to the tallest of cranes, these birds do not have one home but many homes along their flyways. Help protect these ancient migratory pathways and honor their life ways. Theirs are much older than our own.
